I am so impressed with this product! It's fun to take (pop rocks anyone?) but it also tastes good and give an energy boost!The very first time I took it, I was really dragging at work and knew I needed something to make it through work and the typical mom duties. I noticed a difference faster than I realized, I no longer had the exhaustion that made me want to go lay down. I was able to work thru the afternoon, and getting kids and dinner. I consume quite a bit of caffeine every day (tea or energy drinks) but now I'm starting to second guess just exactly how much caffeine I'm actually getting, given how well this one pepped me up!I would def recommend to those who go thru an afternoon slump, hadn't slept well or just need a little extra energy to just function! I can drink coffee with no problem but every time I take an energy product like energy drinks and the like, I get the jitters, anxiety and other unwanted side effects. I had heard about combining L-Theanine with caffeine helps to negate those unwanted effects so I figured I give these a try.I ripped open a packet and dumped the whole thing in my mouth and wow, they pop and fizz in your mouth just like Pop Rocks. They taste delicious too, which is something I've never said about an energy product ever. It tastes pretty much like candy. There is a tiny bit of an after taste letting you know that there's not just sugar and flavoring in there but it's not overly medicine-y of vitamin-y at all.I get a nice little energy boost with increased focus. I don't feel like I want to run around the room so they may not be great as a pre-workout (at least not just one packet). I'm happy to report I got no jitters or other negative effects. I'm actually amazed. No crash at all either. One morning I was extra tired and opened a second packet intending on eating just a little bit from it. These taste so good I ended up eating most it. I did get a bit of the jitters from that. It wasn't too bad but I won't do it again.There are times when I'd like an energy boost but just don't feel like drinking coffee. These Energy Rocks are great for those times. They taste great, are fun to eat and they work. 100% would recommend.

I picked it up to try something different, and I think it turned out surprisingly good.The candy has more caffeine (100g) and more B12 (100mcg) than a can of Red Bull, and it has l-theanine. It's a bit less than a Monster though. It's basically a small fizzy energy drink in candy form. It comes in 15 packets, so it's about two dollars a pop. If that sounds good and if you like sweet pineapple flavor, you'll probably be into this.

I got these for me and my husband to use before we hit the gym and honestly I'm impressed. I was a little skeptical but we really like these. The crystals taste pretty good and they pop in your mouth like candy. They seem to pack a pretty good punch and I notice a difference when using them. The gym isn't my favorite thing, so the boost of energy helps a lot. Plus there are some pretty good vitamins in these as well, which is a big bonus. Overall we are very happy with these and I would recommend them to others who are considering them.

I love the classic "pop rocks" candy that fizz and crackle on your tongue, so I could not resist trying this similar supplement. I think the flavor on these is great. It says it is "Cherry Berry" I thought this was more of a raspberry flavor myself. You can tell that the sweetner is not sugar (which I am glad of) this one is sucralose. I do wish it was stevia instead of sucralose. I'm glad though that it is not xylitol or erythritol. I do think they should color these crystals naturally to be a color that looks more berry-like. These are a pale tan, it seems like it should be easy enough for them to color them with a natural beet coloring or a blue butterfly pea natural coloring. It is fine though how it is, isn't a "make or break" issue for me, just a suggestion I want to make to improve the appeal of this product. I did feel fairly energized after consuming a packet of these, but it is never my only caffeine for the day. There is 100 mg of caffeine per packet, and the individual packets are shaped just like the "pop" rocks candy comes in., so you need to make sure you have these out of the reach of kids so they don't mistake them for simply candy. There are 15 packets/servings of these inside the main bag. I would certainly get this again, and in this flavor.

Lol, these are literally pop rocks! I love them! :)They are a great flavor although I think I taste the mango more than the pineapple. They are nicely sweet and a little bit tart. I love that there's no sodium because that is one of the things that I find in a lot of supplements. There is 4 g of sugar though. I think these are an awesome way to get a boost of caffeine when you're on the run and can't make a cup of coffee, or for a good afternoon pick me up. I really like them and will continue using them.

I love that these are prepackaged individual packages that I can just throw in my bag. I always appreciate ease of use. I got the pineapple mango flavor and it is delicious, no bad aftertaste or anything. The crack and pop as soon as they touch your tongue, I love the texture. Very happy with these, been using them in place of my second daily coffee. Great quality for the price point.

There's really no aftertaste with these and they have a bit of added fun when taking these as a caffeine supplement. I like using these pre workout and just regularly throughout the day if I need a little boost because it not only has caffeine (and also not an absurd amount which is appreciated) it also has B12 and L-Theanine which makes the crash less so and the caffeine high less jittery. Would recommend and would consider highly to implement daily!

These Energyrocks are far better than i thought they'll be, they're perfect energy for me on the go and the best part is they're super delicious and the popping experience makes it super fun
